Marena is not super fancy but is a nice relaxing spot offering a beachfront pool, a naturally secluded atmosphere with palm tree shade, and a widespread beach. But not doing so made me feel like I was a thief when I was chased down while I walked back home, and then was told I owed 5 pesos and a service charge and shaken down and made to pay only by cash! It was also a large portion of nachos It's a great spot to relax and enjoy some quality food and drinks, as well as meditate to the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. The food was delicious. |

| Cancun attractions | Good menu. Fusion Beach Bar Playa del Carmen is my favorite beach bar in Playa del Carmen and it also doubles as a beach club during the day. I enjoy brunch at INTI as the food is excellent, but this beach area is typically busy. I've been there just once so far but I will go back very soon :. Encanto offers beach chair rentals, a full-service bar with swings, and Playa del Carmen massage services. The service was quite slow. |
